Hardware Developer (Core Technology Development)

Responsibilities

• Lead the mass production development of hardware core technologies for NAMUHX robots
• Select and verify performance for RGB/IR camera modules (MIPI/UVC)
• Perform ISP (Image Signal Processor) tuning and establish video quality evaluation standards
• Improve camera image quality in low-light, backlight, and indoor environments
• Select speaker components (Unit, AMP, Passive Radiator, etc.) and verify acoustic performance
• Support acoustic characteristic measurement and tuning, including Frequency Response, THD, SPL, and EQ
• Verify battery charge/discharge characteristics, usage time, heat generation, and protection circuits (BMS/PCM)
• Conduct battery stability and reliability testing, including overcharge, drop, vibration, and temperature tests
• Manage BOM, review component specifications, and provide technical support to partners
• Perform hardware technical reviews and improvements regarding mass production, cost, and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Optical Engineering
• For entry-level applicants: Master's degree or higher (thesis submission required)
• For experienced applicants: 3+ years of industry experience (Bachelor's degree or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware technology development for cameras, speakers, or batteries
• Experience with camera module selection and ISP tuning
• Experience with acoustic measurement and EQ tuning
