Hardware Design Lot Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and operational management of a hardware design lot (electronic boards, embedded systems)
• Coordinate and animate multidisciplinary project teams including hardware, software, and validation engineers
• Monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual milestones
• Manage human and material resources dedicated to the lot
• Participate in technical choices regarding architecture, components, and detailed design phases
• Supervise the creation of prototypes, testing, and validation of electronic boards
• Identify and manage technical risks and propose corrective action plans
• Coordinate communication between ALTEN teams and client stakeholders
• Contribute to the improvement of hardware design methods and tools
• Participate in responses to calls for tender

Requirements

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in electronics, embedded computing, or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in hardware design
• At least 3 years of experience in lot management or technical project management
• Mastery of the complete electronic board design cycle (specifications, design, fabrication, verification, validation, qualification, industrialization)
• Experience in electronic laboratory management
• Proficiency with design tools such as Altium Designer and Jira
• Knowledge of testing methods (automatic and manual)
• Understanding of defense and aerospace industry standards
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and leadership abilities
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
