Hardware Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan hardware developments within the scope of product development, including requirement clarification and effort analysis.
• Define, plan, and monitor hardware development tasks to ensure integration into the overall system.
• Develop, customize, and optimize hardware modules while creating detailed hardware specifications.
• Design, elaborate, and simulate electronic circuits and create circuit diagrams.
• Define materials and components considering economic, qualitative, and technological aspects.
• Prepare test specifications and participate in testing for new products.
• Create technical documentation including parts lists, circuit diagrams, simulations, and FMEA.
• Address customer complaints regarding serial devices and manufacturing difficulties in coordination with quality and assembly departments.

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Industrial Electronics.
• 2-5 years of experience in the automotive product development industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the German language.
