Hardware Core Developer

Responsibilities

• Design shock absorber key components according to company, national, international, and customer specifications
• Conduct technical reviews with suppliers and collaborate with SDE for key component production
• Perform internal technical validation, including sample prototyping, testing, and report writing
• Analyze test results and optimize designs or processing methods as required
• Communicate with European technical centers to leverage expert support
• Support application engineering in China and Korea regarding component failure analysis
• Support product life management including VAVE, quality, and issue resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or mechanical product development, specifically in validation
• Native Chinese speaker
• Business fluency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German is considered an additional asset
