Hardware Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware design and development of embedded systems
• Drive architecture, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality, cost-effective products
• Own full product lifecycle from requirements and design to validation and production
• Lead hardware design for safety-critical systems and define system architecture
• Conduct design reviews (PDR, CDR, DDR) and act as a technical interface with customers
• Manage effort estimation, BOM, and cost optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Firmware, Software, Mechanical, and QA
• Drive DFx practices (DFM, DFT, DFR, DFS) and mitigate technical risks
• Mentor team members and guide multiple engineering teams

Requirements

• B.E in Electronics & Communication Engineering
• 10-14 years of experience in hardware design
• Strong knowledge of standard electronic hardware architectures in real-time embedded systems
• Experience with Digital and Analog circuit design and interfaces
• Proficiency with high-speed DDR, Flash, and Ethernet
• Familiarity with interfaces such as USB, I2C, SPI, CAN, and UART
• Experience in Battery Management System Design & Testing
• Experience in EMI/EMC & RF Testing
• Expertise in Design, Layout, Signal Integrity, and Simulation tools
• Proficiency in OrCAD 17.4, Allegro, Altium, or LT Spice Simulation
• Excellent English communication skills
