Hardline Medical Devices Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on Medical Devices TIC solutions
• Lead and coordinate Medical Devices task force teams to achieve double-digit CAGR growth
• Define strategy and development plans including greenfield growth and acquisitions
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients, suppliers, and regulators
• Develop and govern sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with North American divisions
• Create customized proposals that showcase the value of Medical Devices services
• Provide regular performance reports and market insights to management

Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience with Medical Device manufacturers
• At least 8 years of experience in Medical Devices related TIC companies
• Over 5 years of P&L and management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of FDA 510K, ASCA, and Pre-Approval compliance
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and PowerBI
• Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate-level academic or professional qualifications
• Major in Medical Devices Engineering or Biocompatibility
• Fluency in English and additional European languages
