Responsibilities

• Achieve production operational objectives regarding productivity, quality, and safety
• Control costs by overseeing portion sizes and evaluating productivity
• Improve quality and consistency by following standardized recipes and production records
• Implement recipes and specifications using established procedures
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with sanitation and legal regulations
• Manage food ingredients, supplies, and storage requirements
• Maintain food preparation equipment and assist others with equipment use

Requirements

• One year or more of food manufacturing or industrial production experience
• One year or more of experience in confectionery production or sugar cooking
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Clean criminal history, valid SSN, and valid ID
• Ability to maintain a drug and alcohol-free work environment
• Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and dependability
