Responsibilities

• Receive samples from the CS team and perform initial inspection and feedback
• Separate samples and assign test requests to chemical labs, internal departments, or overseas laboratories
• Coordinate with CS on all information related to TRF
• Check TRF and order testing based on supplier/buyer requirements
• Understand buyer/client specifications and laboratory testing procedures
• Transfer internal checklists and samples for sampling
• Perform sample breakdown and assign appropriate test items
• Prepare samples and send them to subcontractors or the Lab
• Communicate with Lab and CS teams to clarify test or sample queries
• Track orders, control Turnaround Time (TAT), and track contact results

Requirements

• Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering
• Basic English skills
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of chemistry, electrical, materials, or testing fields
• Knowledge in IT or Excel VBA Macro
