Handyman/Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, tile work, and trim installation.
• Install doors, cabinetry, shelving, fixtures, and hardware.
• Execute light plumbing and electrical repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently and communicate professionally with clients.
• Maintain accurate job notes, project documentation, and material records.

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience.
• Strong carpentry and general repair skills across multiple trades.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Possession of professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial maintenance and facility repair projects.
• Experience working in retail, medical facilities, schools, or property management environments.
• Specialized skills in stucco repair, cabinet installation, or tenant improvement projects.
