Handyman/Craftsman

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Perform carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, tile work, and trim work
• Install doors, hardware, shelving, cabinetry, and fixtures
• Complete light plumbing and electrical repairs and installations
• Assist with remodeling, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues independently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
• Maintain accurate job notes, project documentation, and material records

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance, remodeling, or construction experience
• Strong carpentry and general repair skills across multiple trades
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Professional-grade hand and power tools
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial maintenance programs or facility repair
• Experience working in office buildings, retail spaces, or medical facilities
• Expertise in tenant improvement projects
