Handyman/Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of residential repair and maintenance tasks
• Complete work across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical
• Assess job requirements and provide accurate estimates when needed
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and professionalism on every job
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Manage time and schedules efficiently to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical)
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
• Own a work vehicle (truck or van)
• Own a standard set of tools
• Strong work ethic with a professional appearance and demeanor
