Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work in hotel rooms
• Manage all maintenance and service contracts
• Organize renovations or structural changes
• Oversee general building management

Requirements

• All-round handyman skills
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Ideally trained as an electrician or HVAC technician
