About the Company

Honey Homes is hiring the best handymen in San Jose! You'll serve a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes with steady, well-paid work and no unpredictable schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance technician tasks across multiple trades
• Execute carpentry, painting, drywall patching, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Install smart home devices
• Manage approximately 40-50 residential homes within a small territory
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners
• Use a company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
• Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
• Customer-friendly attitude with strong communication skills
