About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 residential homes as the trusted handyman for each homeowner
- Perform residential repairs and maintenance across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical trades
- Install smart home devices
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships
- Use a mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience
- Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Strong troubleshooting ability to independently assess and fix home issues
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and own tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding up to 12 feet
