About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform residential home repair and maintenance technician tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical
- Install smart home devices
- Manage maintenance for a dedicated territory of 40-50 residential homes
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners
- Use a company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules
Requirements
- 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
- Skilled in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail for professional finishing
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and personal tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding up to 12 feet
