Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance technician tasks across multiple trades including carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical
• Install smart home devices
• Manage maintenance for a dedicated territory of 40-50 residential homes
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with homeowners
• Use a company app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience
• Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical tasks
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
• Customer-friendly attitude with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work as a maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician
• Experience in residential home repair and upkeep
