Handyman

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 residential homes as the trusted handyman for each homeowner
• Perform residential repairs and maintenance across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical trades
• Install smart home devices
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships
• Use a mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience
• Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
• Strong troubleshooting ability to independently assess and fix home issues
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and own tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding at heights up to 12 feet
