Handyman

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade home repairs including carpentry, tiling, painting, and drywall
• Execute minor electrical and plumbing tasks
• Provide accurate project estimations for clients
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while working on-site

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful experience as a carpenter or craftsman
• Proficiency in carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work
• Possession of a standard set of professional tools
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Home inspection experience is strongly preferred
