Handyman/Carpenter

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of handyman and carpentry tasks
• Complete general maintenance and repair work
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Travel to job sites as needed
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of handyman, carpentry, or general maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Valid vehicle insurance
• Ownership of a truck or van
• Complete personal tool set including step ladder, hand tools, power tools (drill, impact driver, Skil saw, etc.), and saw horses

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
