Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality repairs including drywall, painting, basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Diagnose technical issues and execute effective solutions at residential and commercial job sites
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service through clear communication
• Arrive at job sites on time and fully prepared with necessary tools
• Document work progress and communicate effectively with the office and customers via mobile apps

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in handyman or multi-trade services
• Proficiency in carpentry, drywall, tile, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work
• Ownership of a reliable truck or van
• Ownership of a professional set of tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Basic proficiency with phone and computer applications for scheduling and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with larger-scale renovation or remodeling projects
• History of working with property managers or commercial clients
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry best practices
