Responsibilities

• Address minor issues like fixing leaky faucets, repairing furniture, and patching drywall
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and building systems
• Handle plumbing repairs including leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures
• Address minor electrical issues such as replacing light bulbs or switches
• Perform painting and touch-up work to maintain hotel aesthetics
• Handle basic carpentry tasks and wooden fixture repairs
• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
