Responsibilities

• Perform renovation and maintenance work on residential properties, including apartments and villas
• Execute tasks according to German quality standards
• Handle various trades such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, or general maintenance

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or several years of verifiable practical experience in a skilled trade
• Fluency in German (English is not required)
• Reliable, clean, and solution-oriented way of working
• Driving license (Class B or international) is an advantage
