Handover Experience Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential property handovers in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Welcome and host clients professionally to ensure a warm and well-organized experience
• Provide comprehensive walkthroughs of unit features, fittings, amenities, and operational systems
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments during the handover phase
• Address client inquiries promptly and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues
• Ensure all handover documentation is completed accurately and maintained in a timely manner
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligned with company brand standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent English speaker (British nationality or accent preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
