Handelsfachwirt Trainee Program

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and expert advice to gastronomy and wholesale clients
• Become a food and gastro expert through hands-on training
• Manage department organization, including product placement and stock flow
• Design attractive sales areas and product presentations
• Take on leadership responsibilities for trainees and manage projects during the second phase of the program

Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur or Fachabi) with completed internship
• Strong interest in retail and the food/gastronomy industry
• High level of commitment, engagement, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
