Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and expert advice on the product range
• Become a food and gastronomy expert through specialized training
• Manage department organization and product flow
• Design attractive sales areas and product presentations
• Take on responsibility for trainees and lead projects during the leadership training phase

Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur or Fachabi) with completed internship
• Strong interest in retail and the food/gastronomy industry
• High level of commitment, engagement, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
