Responsibilities
- Complete a 35-month training program consisting of three state-recognized IHK qualifications
- Obtain certification as a 'Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement' (18 months)
- Complete further training as a 'Handelsfachwirt' (17 months)
- Earn the instructor certificate (Ada-Schein)
- Participate in theory phases at the Akademie Handel covering business management, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce
- Engage in practical phases involving customer consulting, communication with suppliers, demand assessment, and procurement
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for trade and sales
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Commitment and willingness to develop professionally
- Educational qualification: Fachabitur
