Responsibilities

• Complete a 35-month training program consisting of three state-recognized IHK qualifications
• Obtain certification as a 'Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement' (18 months)
• Complete further training as a 'Handelsfachwirt' (17 months)
• Earn the instructor certificate (Ada-Schein)
• Participate in theory phases at the Akademie Handel covering business management, logistics, marketing, and e-commerce
• Engage in practical phases involving customer consulting, communication with suppliers, demand assessment, and procurement

• Enthusiasm for trade and sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Commitment and willingness to develop professionally
• Educational qualification: Fachabitur
