Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an eight-person team of developer-specialists
• Oversee the corporate administration of the Residential Business in Finland
• Ensure corporate and contractual legal entities progress controlledly throughout the project lifecycle
• Standardize operating methods and develop processes across the organization
• Manage key areas such as division of administration, joint arrangements, and easement agreements
• Collaborate closely with business functions, legal teams, and group finance

Requirements

• Higher education degree in law or another relevant field
• Several years of experience in corporate administration, real estate, or real estate development
• Practical experience with real estate transactions, preliminary agreements, and easement arrangements
• Leadership experience or strong motivation to grow into a supervisory role
• Ability to bridge legal perspectives with practical business goals
• Understanding of real estate development financing or RS-financing structures is an advantage
