Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and daily customer service
• Maintain product availability on shelves and ensure correct price labeling and product display
• Collaborate in building MAKRO's image as a customer-friendly company
• Adhere to company health and safety requirements
• Cooperate with hall departments and perform professional cashier services
• Complete orders according to quality requirements
• Receive and unload deliveries and handle returns

Requirements

• Enthusiasm and commitment to daily customer interaction
• Minimum vocational education
• Availability for shift work, including nights and weekends
• Accuracy and reliability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Forklift operator license
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological booklet (Sanepid)
