Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair treatments and services in accordance with spa protocols and certification practices
• Manage appointments promptly and perform services within allotted timeframes
• Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products to educate and train guests
• Actively promote spa treatments, seminars, and retail products to meet sales goals
• Uphold strict standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
• Care for equipment properly and manage product usage to assist with cost controls
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling to support the needs of the spa

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Valid Hairdressing or Barber diploma/license
• Strong, confident blow drying skills on all hair types (including straight drying without straighteners)
• Proficient hair cutting skills with the ability to adapt to various guest styles
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cost-effective manner
