Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair treatments and services in accordance with spa protocols and certification practices
• Manage appointments promptly and perform services within allotted timeframes
• Maintain complete knowledge of all spa services and products to educate and train guests
• Actively promote home care programs and meet minimum retail sales goals
• Uphold strict standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
• Care for equipment properly and use products efficiently to assist with cost controls
• Promote spa treatments, seminars, and available discounts to guests

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Valid Hairdressing diploma/license and/or Barber diploma/license
• Strong, confident blow drying skills on all hair types (including straight drying without straighteners)
• Proficient hair cutting skills with the ability to adapt to various guest styles
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support spa needs
