Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair treatments and services in accordance with spa protocols and certification practices
• Manage appointments promptly and perform services within allotted timeframes
• Educate guests on spa services, products, and home care programs to meet retail sales goals
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
• Care for equipment and use products efficiently to assist with cost controls
• Actively promote spa treatments, seminars, and available promotions to guests

Requirements

• Valid Hairdressing or Barber diploma/license
• Strong, confident blow drying skills on all hair types (including straight blow drying without straighteners)
• Proficient cutting skills with the ability to adapt to various guest style requirements
• Fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work a flexible schedule
