Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair treatments and services in accordance with spa protocols and certification practices
• Perform services promptly and within the allotted time for each appointment
• Educate guests on all available services, spa programs, and retail products
• Actively promote home care programs and meet minimum retail sales goals
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and spa policies
• Care for equipment properly and manage product usage to assist with cost controls
• Maintain flexibility with scheduling to support the needs of the spa

Requirements

• Valid Hairdressing or Barber diploma/license
• Fluency in English
• Strong blow drying skills on all hair types, including straightening without tools
• Proficient hair cutting skills with the ability to adapt to guest style requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
