Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality professional hair services including cutting, coloring, and blow-dry styling.
• Work as part of the spa therapy team to create a relaxing and harmonious experience for clients.
• Educate guests on home maintenance, hair care regimens, and the benefits of additional services.
• Drive retail sales by confidently communicating product and service benefits to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment and linens are stocked and compliant with sanitation procedures.
• Follow all company procedures regarding treatment timing, prescription forms, and professional stock PAR levels.

Requirements

• Valid State Hair Stylist license.
• Proven proficiency in cutting, coloring, and blow-dry styling.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and product recommendations.
• Must have US Work authorization.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional experience or certification as a Make-up Artist.
• Additional experience or certification as a Nail Technician.
