Hair Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality professional hair services including cutting, coloring, and blow dry styling.
• Work as part of the spa therapy team to create a relaxing and harmonious experience for clients.
• Educate guests on hair care regimens, home maintenance, and the benefits of additional services.
• Drive retail sales by confidently communicating product and service benefits to clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring all equipment and linens are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Follow all company procedures regarding treatment timing, prescription forms, and professional stock levels.

Requirements

• Valid state license to practice as a Hair Stylist.
• Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, and blow dry styling.
• Proven background in sales and product recommendations.
• Strong commitment to State Board sanitation and sterilization procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a high standard of guest service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional training or certification as a Make-up Artist.
• Additional training or certification as a Nail Technician.
