About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and treatment application
- Assist Licensed Colorists in delivering a seamless guest experience
- Drive revenue through retail sales, memberships, and subscriptions
- Maintain salon cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
- Complete Assistant to Colorist training to master color theory and application skills
Requirements
- Active cosmetology license in the state of application
- Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with point of sale systems
- Fluency in English
