Hair Color Bar Assistant, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Perform behind-the-chair services including shampooing, conditioning, styling, blowouts, and treatment application
• Assist Licensed Colorists and Shift Leads to provide a seamless guest experience
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain salon cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Drive revenue through additional service sales and subscriptions
• Complete Assistant to Colorist training to master color theory and application skills

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry level experience in customer service or retail sales
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate point of sale systems
• Ability to stand and walk for four or more consecutive hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a salon or beauty industry environment
