H&S Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities from a Health and Safety perspective to ensure compliance with internal standards, critical controls, and procedures.
• Advise on and support the development of IPERC (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) for all operations.
• Implement the hierarchy of controls to ensure identified risks are effectively managed.
• Assist in the creation and refinement of work procedures and instructional documents.
• Monitor the implementation of security controls and report deviations.
• Create and follow up on action plans and reporting databases.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Hygiene and Safety (Licenciado/a en Higiene y Seguridad).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within large-scale companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and management skills.
