H&S Psycosocial Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the business on the categorization, elimination, substitution, or mitigation of psychosocial risks
• Ensure full compliance with external legal requirements, management system standards, and internal EHS policies
• Ensure management provides adequate technical risk controls for specific activities, both collectively and individually
• Define processes, procedures, and safe methods of work and integrate them into the internal EHS management system
• Act as a recognized expert in psychosocial risk management both internally and externally

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent
• Postgraduate degree in Prevention of Labour Risks
• Specialization in Psychosocial Risk Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks
• Negotiation level proficiency in both Spanish and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
