H&S Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive Health and Safety culture at the Tensolite Plant to drive a "Zero Harm" goal.
• Implement and monitor the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) through safety tours, training, audits, and statistical trend analysis.
• Coordinate the implementation of H&S policies and rules within the operations team to ensure safety is a prerequisite for operating.
• Support the development of IPER (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment) and implement appropriate control hierarchies.
• Define and coordinate monitoring plans for physical, chemical, biological, and ergonomic risks.
• Analyze measurement results and propose improvement actions to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
• Assist company leaders in building a safety culture and preparing emergency response plans.

Requirements

• Degree in Hygiene and Safety (Licenciado/a en Higiene y Seguridad).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within large-scale companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and management skills.
