About the role

Responsibilities

  • Launch and lead a new gynecologic oncology division within The Specialty Alliance’s Greater Phoenix platform
  • Develop a coordinated women’s cancer service line with support from Radiation Oncology and broader oncology infrastructure
  • Shape clinical direction, growth strategy, and practice development from the ground up
  • Build referral relationships and collaborate in a physician-led, multispecialty environment
  • Expand the program with additional providers over time, including Medical Oncology and Breast Surgery support

  • Board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologic Oncologist
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice building and long-term value creation
  • Strong clinical leadership and collaboration skills
