- Assist director in daily class routines and attendance tracking
- Assist director in providing coaching to all participants
- Assist director in communication with families
Requirements
- Preferred background in gymnastics
- Demonstrates strong spotting skills or willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a collaborative coaching environment
- Ability to relate well to children and teens
- Positive, enthusiastic, and respectful attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass reference check, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and sex offender check
