About the Company

Yrkesgymnasiet Skarpnäck is a personal high school in Skarpnäck with a strong focus on learning, security, and engagement. We offer a calm and welcoming environment where students are at the center, and teachers are given space to develop alongside competent colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Teach English (basic and level 1) in an inspiring way
• Create inspiring and adapted teaching that challenges and develops students
• Build trusting relationships with both students and colleagues
• Plan, document, and conduct teaching in accordance with Skolverket's curriculum and governing documents
• Maintain up-to-date subject knowledge and use a reality-based, integrated approach

Requirements

• Teacher's degree and teaching certification (lärarlegitimation)
• Solid subject competence in English
• Ability to communicate the importance of English in society to students
• Preference given to candidates with competence in an additional subject
