Gym Trainer

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the fitness center and provide a personalized, luxury wellness experience
• Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs
• Lead personal training sessions ensuring safety and professionalism
• Instruct guests on proper use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the fitness center
• Monitor gym equipment condition and report maintenance requirements
• Promote hotel wellness facilities and services
• Ensure compliance with Barrière Group standards and health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and Sport Science (TEFAA) or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and guest experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium fitness club
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Experience in functional training, wellness coaching, yoga, Pilates, or stretching
