Responsibilities

• Active customer engagement and creating a positive training environment
• Guiding the use of equipment and safe training practices
• Orienting new members to gym services
• Supporting events, campaigns, and member activities
• Collecting customer feedback and identifying development opportunities

Requirements

• Customer service mindset and energetic delivery
• Previous experience in coaching or public-facing roles
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Responsibility and independence
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Sports background or fitness education is a plus
