About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support GWEP training initiatives by documenting and maintaining training plans for 13 individual clinics
  • Coordinate with site representatives and faculty to support content development and execute training logistics
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the Minka, ensuring geriatric educational equipment, AI equipment, and telehealth kits are tested, maintained, and integrated into classrooms
  • Provide instructional support for student experiential learning and supervise student worker activities, including inventory and equipment reservation
  • Act as a tour guide for the Minka and assist faculty with the use of simulation kits and geriatric equipment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience managing and reporting information for external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities
  • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a health-related field
  • Professional interest and academic background in gerontology
  • Previous experience with computerized information systems
