Gutter Coil Production Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of slitting painted metal including setup, operation, and inspection
• Follow SOPs for all tasks and obtain supervisor approval for deviations
• Perform quality checks at required intervals to ensure product specifications are met
• Complete production records, safety checklists, and quality documentation accurately
• Minimize equipment downtime, scrap generation, and safety hazards
• Manage waste segregation including recyclable and hazardous materials

Requirements

• 1+ years of Machine Operator experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder and below waist
• Manual dexterity and ability to concentrate for sustained periods
• Ability to perform extensive standing, bending, lifting, and walking
• Must be at least 18 years of age
