Responsibilities

• Operate, program, and set up various CNC drilling machines to process wear parts
• Monitor and control a group of machines to ensure production targets are met
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform minor maintenance on CNC drilling machines
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace following 5S and Lean principles
• Collaborate with the team and support other departments when necessary

Requirements

• Completed MBO education with a strong affinity for metal and technology
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
• Ability and willingness to work in a 4-shift rotation
• High level of concentration and accuracy when operating multiple machines simultaneously
• Strong teamwork and learning mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings
