Gun Loading Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a manufacturing team performing standard perforating gun assembly procedures
• Communicate job expectations, provide training, and assign tasks to the loading team
• Develop reporting and analytics to support root cause analysis and improve forecasting, service, and inventory performance
• Leverage ERP functionality and information technology to automate and streamline key processes
• Maintain inventory of necessary supplies and daily explosives inventory
• Lead safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and company-specific Health and Safety expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing with experience as a foreman or supervisor
• Experience in demand, supply, and production planning specifically with perforating products
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for over 50% of the shift
