Guitar Inspector (Quality Control)

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate new and returned guitars and basses to ensure they meet factory specifications
• Perform necessary adjustments to improve product playability and cosmetic condition
• Conduct visual inspections and electronic testing on electric and acoustic instruments
• Verify that all appropriate accessories are included in the packaging
• Ensure all products adhere strictly to global quality and factory guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of related experience in guitar setup or repair
• Proficiency in guitar setup, including buffing small finish flaws and testing electronics
• Strong understanding of guitar construction, materials, and methods
• Thorough knowledge of musical equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to task efficiency
