Guidewire Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation projects
• Plan and monitor project deliverables and provide regular status reporting to managers and onsite coordinators
• Mentor and train project team members to ensure high-quality execution
• Interface and communicate effectively with customer representatives and onsite coordinators
• Manage performance for direct reports in accordance with organizational policies
• Travel to customer locations on an as-needed basis

Requirements

• BE/BTech/MCA degree with 3 to 7 years of industry experience
• Extensive expertise in Guidewire Integration, including batches, messaging, and cloud integration concepts (e.g., Integration API Gateway)
• Proven experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain
• Strong technical proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), and SQL
• Hands-on experience with Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, and Enterprise Messaging Systems
• Proficiency with application servers such as Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic
• Strong leadership, business communication, and client-facing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades within the insurance sector
• Deep understanding of enterprise system integration best practices
